Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the transactions that are related to the costs of the ongoing projects, finished and on pipelines and its inventories.
Responsible for providing support to management, operations of the facilities and other departments and business units, and the controllership in the areas of financial control, financial and management reporting, general and payable accounting and taxation.
Oversees that day to day operations are properly executed
In-charge on budget validation for all Request for Payment (RFP) processed in EAS the is related to project capex.
Reviews the accuracy and completeness of APV prepared by AP and ensures that policies and procedures are fully implemented and strictly complied.
Monitors all adjustments (additive, deductive and realignment) on all projects
Updates the projects details for any additional transactions daily.
Prepares a monthly AP Aging.
Monitors the Project Cost of all projects at all times:
● Handles the Project Set-up of all new projects
Monitors the approved budget uploaded in the system (actual vs. budget) including the estimated liabilities
Monitors monthly CIP schedule for Ops Projects and as to the status of the project completion
Coordinates with TSG&CMT for monthly POC for sales recognition
Prepares a cost true up, if any.
Handles the close-out analysis for all 100% completed projects
Prepares and analyzes the monthly IBU Profit and Loss Report that is related to disbursements (Opex and Capex) including the variance analysis.
Monitors and reconciles with the Land Services on a regular basis (monthly or quarterly) the sealable inventory balances.
Education: Graduate of Accountancy
Work Experience: At least with 3 years' experience in related function especially in budget, project cost accounting, taxation and financial statement preparation and analysis and with leadership capacity.
License / Certification: Certified Public Accountant, is a MUST
