>Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
>Preferably a CPA
>Must have adequate background in all accounting aspects
>Must have a meaningful experience in the cost accounting field
>Knowledgeable in GAAP and IFRS
>Willing to travel to conduct fieldwork
>Will be assigned to Head Office
Responsibilities:
>Responsible for the proper cost accounting of all projects
>Responsible for the detailed costing of all projects
>Must be aware of the status of all projects at any given time
>Recommend, develop and implement improvement in cost management
>Monitor the progress of all projects and ensure proper documentation
>Must regularly coordinate with the project management for any changes in project specification and cost
>Regularly report to Accounting Manager the periodical report status of projects
>Preparation of monthly schedule of cost of sales, cost of services and other expense schedules.
>Monitor, review, analyze all inventory related transactions, recommends adjustments whenever necessary
>Monitor purchases, inventory, and project cost in project sites
>Prepare various operating expenses reports such as: payroll, materials, labor and overhead
>Reconcile monthly construction materials and house and lot inventories
>Interact with external auditors in completing financial audits
>Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
