Job Description
Responsible in monitoring all the expenses of the project.
Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs structures and expenses trends of a given project.
Analyzing costs and profitability, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports
Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, inputs manufacturing methods or service cost provided, to determine effects on cost
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a certified Public Accountant
Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
Has strong knowledge in costing and taxation
Has strong analytical and planning skills
Has good communication and presentation skills;
Has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
