Duties and Responsibilities:
Costing:
Product costing in 2-3 working days upon Supply Chain's request.
Monthly update of overhead, activity process on or before the 9th calendar day of the ff month.
Inventory:
Provides Monthly inventory count.
nventory reconciliation with the warehouses.
inventory adjustments: validates, computes warehouses' requests; generates gain or loss on disposal, ensures data are properly recorded in ACCPAC.
Maintains database for MAV and latest purchase prices.
Issues report on or before the 5th working day of the ff month.
Able to detect variances (e.g. count vs system report) and reports to the management.
Analysis, finalization of prepaid importation account. Collaborate with Treasury and Purchasing department.
Qualifications/ Skill Requirement:
College graduate; preferably with BS Accountancy/ Financial Management) or any other related course.
Knows how to use Accounting software such as SAP, ACCPAC, or other similar products
Can work with minimum supervision
Good mathematical skills and keen on details
At least 2-3 year of work experience in the related field
