Overall Job Objective:
The position is based in Manila and is reporting to the APAC Product Supply Finance Director based in Malaysia. The position will be responsible for reinforcing and streamlining processes & controls around 3rd party manufacturing Finance (including but not limited to cost cards maintenance, purchase price variance and fixed assets verification).
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reinforce 3rd party manufacturers (3PM's) cost cards maintenance, monthly price variances reconciliation and non-inventory PO's settlements for ASEAN
• Ensure above ASEAN processes are fully documented and initiate the roll-out to few other key APAC markets (i.e. Indonesia, Japan)
• Revisit Fixed assets verification annual process to ensure exhaustive verification is conducted effectively by leveraging on existing tools & system
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree - preferably accounting relates
At least 2 years same experience with cost accounting
Willing to work onsite in Rockwell Makati
Willing to be under Manpower initially for 12 Months (with benefits first day) deployed to our client
Can start ASAP
