Here's a summary of what you will be doing in this job: Oversee the hiring of hard-to-fill vacancies, and implementation of recruitment initiatives and programs in collaboration with the Supervisor (Corporate Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning) and Manager (Talent Acquisition - OIC). Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities: 1. Assists the Supervisor (Corporate Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning) and Manager (Talent Acquisition - OIC) in the planning, development and implementation of recruitment-related programs and strategies including policy development. 2. Initiates and plans recruitment strategies and programs pertaining to sourcing, selection, job offer and deployment. 3. Conducts interviews of candidates. 4. Prepares and conducts job offers. 5. Drafts and issues Employment Contracts. 6. Conducts end to end recruitment initiatives (Metro Manila and Provincial) 7. Initiates at least monthly recruitment related meetings with TA Manager to review current concerns and formulate strategies for effective recruitment. 8. Meets and collaborates with the department heads to understand necessary aspects and ensure that they are fully informed of recruitment-related objectives and programs. 9. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify and align manpower needs. 10. Coordinates and attends regular meetings with manpower providers on programs that involves recruitment (if any) 11. Verifies correctness of manpower billings 12. Builds long-term relationships with past and potential candidates 13. Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. 14.
