JOB DESCRIPTION The Corporate Strategy Analyst is responsible for assisting the Assistant Vice President and Managers by providing relevant and up to date information for the development of macro-level strategies to meet long-term and short-term bus JOB DESCRIPTION The Corporate Strategy Analyst is responsible for assisting the Assistant Vice President and Managers by providing relevant and up to date information for the development of macro-level strategies to meet long-term and short-term business objectives defined in terms but not limited to occupancy, revenue growth, net income growth, and improvement of efficiencies. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: STRATEGIC PLANNING & SPECIAL PROJECTS Assist the Assistant Vice President and Corporate Planning Managers in the monitoring and implementation of corporate strategies and ensure alignment with the divisional/departmental objectives Monitor and report the status/progress of strategies and action plans deemed critical for the attainment of business objectives Work closely with concerned SCMC and MC groups to ensure that critical strategies and action plans are being implemented properly and potential gaps are elevated to decision-makers so corrective actions are implemented Prepare materials needed for brainstorming/ideation sessions, workshops, meetings, and presentations Document information, issues, agreements, resolutions, and decisions made during brainstorming sessions, meetings, gatherings, and presentations, and follow thru with concerned groups RESEARCH, DATA GATHERING AND ANALYSIS Keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry and competition, including global and local trends, and study special projects that may be an opportunity for SCMC and MC Group Provide timely reports on business performance, macro-economic fundamentals, competitive strategies, industry developments, global/local industry trends, and other items/topics that may be required Conduct data gathering/validation, research, analyses, studies, and projects Develop and maintain a database that will serve repository of historical and projected business information Special Project and research studies OPERATIONAL REPORTING Prepares presentations for business updates and special projects updates of the Corporate Planning department EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: A graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Economics, Market Research, and Finance or any relevant course With at least two to three years of relevant work experience WORK LOCATION: Candidate must be willing to work on-site in our Head Office - Pasay
