About the Role
The CS Digital Platform Innovation and Transformation Lead will drive growth by transforming the organization's traditional analog businesses into digital ones. Special focus will be creating new value through transition to automated systems and platforms via smart use of enterprise systems, digital tools, technologies, services, and processes
He/she shall liaise with local IT, AIA Technology Shared Services (TSS), Third Party vendors and all other digital and transformation teams in AIA PH relating to CS
This position will support the Sr. Manager Digital Transformation & Project Management in overseeing the building of new platforms and Strategic TDA projects within CS
Leads the transformation of identified manual and legacy processes to automated systems other digital solutions.
Manages and owns CS Strategic and TDA Projects that will include the stakeholder management of Steering Committees, Group Heads, and other invested C-Level Executives / Project Sponsors
Act as the SME that will directly work with Information Technology, Vendor POCs, and Business Units for the development and implementation of new platforms and enhancement of existing systems.
Acts as the Product Owner (PO) Proxy of digital platforms that will be built using the Agile Methodology given his/her expertise of CS Business processes and Products.
Develop, manage, monitor, and implement the group's digital strategy in line with objectives and priorities.
Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of the stakeholders.
Create and embed a prioritization approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new opportunities
Implement transformational change which will enable the organization to deliver products and services which are efficient and highly effective of high-quality and user-centered
Coordinate all aspects of a diverse, multi-disciplinary transformation project which may involve multiple functions and / or departments within AIA PH
Mentors the junior members of the CS Digital Transformation and Project Management team along with his/her supervisor
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements
Minimum Requirement:
College graduate with a degree in BS or equivalent, preferably with Information Technology discipline
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Information Technology, and or Digital Innovation and Transformation in a Life insurance or financial institution with an experience in leading digital service operations or projects
Knowledgeable in both aspects of Life Insurance business processes and technology tools. HMO knowledge is a plus
Training or Certification in Agile methodology
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent planning and organizing skills
