With experience in Hiring Manager management preferably in a BPO setting.
Ability to initiate and implement recruiting strategies for both internal and external stakeholders
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Must have high MS office proficiency - Great Communication Skills and Socially smart
High level of integrity, sense of urgency and dedication at work
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Onboarding experience is a plus
Experience in Candidate Pipeline Management.
