Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Corporate Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading the development and implementation of governance, strategies, initiatives and programs that will drive sustainable compliance to regulatory requirements and effectiveness of the integrated management systems of Pilmico Food Group.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the development of strategies to implement a sustainable and effective Food Safety & Quality Management systems of the Pilmico Food Group
Develops strategies and initiatives to drive the flawless implementation of the integrated management systems and processes governance
Ensures that the company's systems and processes comply with the requirements of the external interested parties, e.g. regulatory bodies, customers
Works with Site and Function Leaders to drive achievement of Food Safety and Quality, key performance objectives
Ensures the practical implementation of the Pilmico Supplier to Market Quality Policies and Guidelines in the Pilmico Facilities, Third Party Service Providers, Third Party Warehouses, Tollers, Retailers, Depots and Suppliers
Provides continual education and oversight to all employees, business partners and other third parties to ensure consistent implementation of plans, strategies and programs
Collaborates with all functions in implementing continuous improvement with direct impact to organizational performance
Provides collaborative leadership to achieve quality processes and its execution covering end to end value chain
Assists in the development of strategies and programs for sustainable Safety, Health and Environment requirements compliance
Participates in cross-functional teams within the affiliate and provides expertise and insight on Supplier to Market Quality Systems and Processes
Keeps updated with current local and international regulations and potential changes that will impact the business environment and communicates appropriately to involved or affected parties
Acts as the Quality Systems & Processes Lead for all Corporate Functions
Qualifications
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of working experience in Quality Systems in the Food Manufacturing Industry
COMPETENCIES
Hard Skills
Working Knowledge and understanding on Integrated Management Systems (Food Safety, Quality, Safety, Health, Environment Management and Halal Assurance Systems).
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office programs
