Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, analyzing, implementing and directing of Corporate planning strategies and programs, and ensures effective and efficient operational activities and provides solutions that enhance the operation of the organization
Responsibilities:
Create, Monitor, and Push Corporate-wide KPI's, Goals, and Objectives
Conceptualize Strategic Plans and Initiatives to realize Bayad's Mission and Vision
Manage Corporate-wide Projects to Ensure Timeliness and Effectiveness.
Assist in the Budget Planning Exercise
Spearhead Bayad's Annual Planning Session
Facilitate Committee Meetings and Ensure Action Items are Resolved
Qualifications:
Excellent in business analysis, requirements gathering, and data management
Ideally with background in banking, financial services, and fintech industries
Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders including Executives, SMEs and other employees of the organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Excellent presentation skills
