Assist with development of annual financial plan, budget and forecasting process.
Develop financial models and tools for standardized reporting and analyses.
Monitor and evaluate the Medical Center's based on the approved objectives, targets and plans.
Conduct industry benchmarking analysis to assess the company's financial performance relative to competitors.
Assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Summarize, interpret, and provide sound recommendations to drive the business performance.
Assist with the preparation of presentation materials of SVP for Finance and CAdO.
Assist in monitoring the projects or activities under the Finance and Administration Division to ensure they are completed on time.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the SVP for Finance and CAdO from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field;
At least three (3) years experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, cost-estimating, and forecasting;
Strong critical thinking skills, analytical skills, organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to details;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software, financial budget and planning tools; and
One (1) Full Time position available
