We are looking for high potential individuals for future critical management positions to ensure organizational succession by having a bench of qualified Nestlé leaders. The CMTs will go through different workshops and will immerse with different functions to gain further exposure in Nestle Philippines and deliver results.
You must have the passion to deliver results, agile to meet the fast and changing demands and the resilience to rise above tough situations to be the next Corporate Management Trainee.
