Provide general legal advice and support mostly related to:
(a) General labor and employment matters,
(b) Food manufacturing and sales regulations,
(c) Contract drafting, review and negotiation, and other business related concerns.
Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
Conduct regular training for the company regarding compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Set up internal systems, including filing and reporting process appropriate for the management of Legal Affairs of the company.
Member of the Philippine bar in good standing and licensed to practice law in the Philippines.
3 to 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, with working knowledge on DOLE, FDA, and SEC rules and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, proficient in dealing with different types of individuals.
Strong problem solving skills, with ability to handle a variety of responsibilities and competing priorities.
Accuracy and attention to details and ability to meet deadlines.
