Superstaff is searching for a talented corporate lawyer to handle all our company's legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. Your principal goal will be to guarantee that all our company's transactions comply with government laws and statutory regulations, while proactively preventing any possible legal risks and violations for the Company.
Other duties will include consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as labor, tax compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits. The successful candidate must meet the requirements for the job, have outstanding negotiation and communication skills, and with sharp attention to detail.
Requirements
Prepare legal briefs, pleadings and other legal documents
Handle and represent the Company in all cases before the courts, administrative tribunals, and agencies
Provides analysis and counsel on legal and policy issues.
Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company
Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues
Perform due diligence on properties to be leased and/or acquired
Negotiate with parties and draft all contracts
Prepare claims, contracts and other documentation
Perform the corporate housekeeping functions for the Company as well as those of its subsidiaries / affiliates as may be required
Negotiate deals on behalf of the company
Provide legal counsel on labor-related matters and other case administration proceedings
Prepare trial material and assist in pre-trial, trial and post-trial proceedings
Conduct legal research and keep up to date with Corporate and new employment legislations

Bachelor's degree in law.
Licensed to practice law from the Philippines Bar Association.
A minimum of 3 years experience as a corporate and labor lawyer.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
