Specific Functions:
Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics
Draft and/or review company contracts or agreements, making sure that the contract review or contract prepared shall incorporate all legal and contractual commitment and obligations to the company to ensure that the latter is not to put in the breach or technical default and recommend the same for approval
Develops and updates documentary requirements and compliance of the company relating to AMLC, SEC, BOC, BSP, as the case may be.
Prepare appropriate legal documents for trial and court proceedings
Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
Represent the company in legal proceedings
Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters
Protect the company against legal risks and violations
Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
Negotiate deals on behalf of the company
Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
Our Requirements:
Philippine Bar Passer with 2-3 years of experience as corporate lawyer
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Capable networker with excellent interpersonal communication and public speaking skills
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Legal Management Consulting 2 openings Master's degree graduate
