As Zenith Capital's in-house councel. Candidate will be responsible for advising the Chairman and CEO on all legal matters and represent the company in court for loans collection.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in recommending company legal strategy, policy and course of action in the following areas: corporation law, sales, contracts, litigation (both potential and pending) and labor, among others.
Notarize contracts such as promissory notes, MOA, etc.
Recommend effective and binding Promissory notes for clients' loans
Draft all Demand Letters to be served to past due clients
Recommend effective legal collection strategy
Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.)
Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
Develop company policy and position on legal issues
Licensed Attorney in the Philippes
Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
Should have at least four years of relevant work experience as a practicing in-house lawyer
Experience in the Financial Industry is a plus
Licensed Notary Public is a plus
Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig, eventually in BGC Taguig.
