We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to serve as an in-house counsel and handle all complex legal matters and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise our company on legal rights and duties. Description Draft or review contracts, policies, memorandum or other documents that need to be assessed. Ensure that the company is compliant to all relevant laws, rules, and regulations imposed by different government agencies. Represent the company in any legal proceedings if needed. Provide legal advices or opinions on all fields of law such as, corporation law, general commercial law, taxation law and labor law. Assist the HR Department on all Labor related concerns.
