The Corporate Human Resource Operations Manager oversees HR operations across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and compliance with labor laws. This role manages recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Implement HR policies and procedures across subsidiaries.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Provide coaching and counseling to employees to support professional growth and address performance or behavioral issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Provide strategic HR guidance to subsidiary leaders to drive performance and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR operations, preferably in a corporate or multi-subsidiary setting.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and counseling skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
