Your team responsibilities
The Corporate Governance (CG) Content team is part of MSCI's ESG business. Members of this team are involved in the assessment of Corporate Governance data collected and profiled for companies covered by MSCI to ensure that it meets MSCI's standards for quality, timeliness as well as adherence to the MSCI CG Methodology.
Members of the team should have a strong interest in ESG data research and analysis with a core focus on Corporate Governance. CG Content team members are also expected to collaborate and engage with ESG Research and Product teams on strategic improvements regarding data analysis, data quality and methodology..

Your key responsibilities
Corporate Governance subject matter expert and own corporate governance knowledge within the organization
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify potential data issues and resolutions and perform root cause analysis if issues with the data are identified
Undertake impact analysis on new internal team policies and procedures on corporate governance data operations.
Execute projects that aim to improve the team's workflow and QA processes and ensure that these are executed in line with the ESG team's Change Management Processes
Research, recommend, and implement technology and content opportunities to improve product quality and operational efficiencies.
Work with other teams within MSCI ESG in support of planned product enhancements and expansions
Participate in client and issuer calls and presentation
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
A minimum of 7 years relevant working experience (i.e., library / database research, etc.) in a high-quality process and production -driven environment, experience in leading a team is a plus.
Effectiveness in working with cross-functional and multi-national teams.
Working knowledge of Corporate Governance.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with clear attention to detail.
Highly motivated, independent, results-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of ownership.
