KEY RESPOSIBILITY:
Engagements - managing the engagement from start to finish including management of the engagement team and the preparation of the required deliverables
Due diligence engagements - scoping, managing and reviewing in-depth analysis of company information and financial statements, interpreting analysis and reporting key findings and recommendations
M&A engagements - profiling potential acquirers, drafting information memorandums, population of data rooms, managing transaction process and assisting with negotiations
Valuations (business assets/intangibles/company/options) - managing research and analysis for support of the assumptions considered in valuations
Managing the preparation of research on companies, the economy, industries and comparable transactions
Building and managing client relationships
Preparation and review of Independent Experts Reports and Investigating Accountants Reports
Building and reviewing integrated financial models
Manage researching of opportunities and preparation of proposals
Assisting, training and on the job support for junior staff members, as well as overall performance management and mentoring
Performance Expectations:
Strong and well-rounded technical and communication skills.
Performs detailed reviews prior to partner review.
Ensures all clients are adequately serviced and that all work is performed.
Suggests ways to improve the clients or our own business / processes.
Manages the administration and workflow for the work group.
Approval of the work team's timesheets and leave in accordance with the Firm's policies.
Monitors the workflow of the team.
Positively contributes to the development of the Firm.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated individual, with strong client focus and proactive attitude. You will need to demonstrate a passion for the Corporate Finance industry and outstanding communication and relationship building skills. We require a strong team player, with excellent commercial acumen
Advanced financial analysis skills and experience in due diligence and valuations
Advanced report writing skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
5 years of relevant work experience (including a minimum of 3 years' experience in a TS / corporate finance related environment)
Degree in one or more fields including, Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business or Finance.
