Job Banking
During the 5-month internship program:
Prepare materials used for the origination of CF engagements (e.g. pitch books, teasers, company profiles)
Assist in preparation of marketing materials (e.g. industry research, information memoranda, credentials)
Learn the basics of financial modelling, valuation and analyses including preparation of trading and transaction comparables analyses
Assist in deal process management and due diligence activities (e.g. management of virtual data rooms, site visits)
As required, support the Corporate Finance team in other job related adhoc activities
