Key Responsibilities:
Funding Acquisition and Proposal Development
Helps in maintaining, updating and growing the records/database of partner corporations and institutions based in Visayas and Mindanao.
Participates in the development and implementation of strategic corporate engagement/partnership and direct marketing strategies that would increase target acquisition rates in Visayas and Mindanao, based on plans.
Implements promotion of local fund raising efforts among target corporate partners/donors through production of direct marketing materials (e.g., proposals, presentation decks, collaterals, and etc.) that are in accord with WVDF standards.
Support the Business Development Team and other Proposal Development Team (PDT) members from departments such as Finance, Operations, SMQA, etc. to develop funding concepts and project proposals (including project design, logical framework, proposal writing, budgeting, etc.) as assigned.
Submits periodical/monthly accomplishment report and submits proposals on how to increase effectively monthly targets.
Donor Relations Management
Support the Corporate Partnerships Officer to conduct corporate and foundation donor mapping, targeting, and implementation of a Donor Relationship Management Plan (DRMP) for each significant donor based in Visayas and Mindanao.
Manage and strengthen relationships with corporations/foundations in Visayas and Mindanao.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporations and foundations resulting in new funding opportunities.
