CORPORATE COMPLIANCE OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of any pre-law or business-related course, graduate / undergraduate of Bachelor of Laws;
Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in permitting, legal compliance, and related works;
Must have extensive knowledge in legal and government compliance requirements, preferably in the real estate industry;
Must be analytical with strong attention to details, and willing to meet with concerned internal and external parties;
Must be systematic and able to work under pressure and satisfy deadlines;
Must have excellent command of the English language (verbal and written) and proficient in drafting business and legal correspondence and documents;
Must be able to work harmoniously with other members of the organization, and is highly motivated to perform;
Experience in dealing with government agencies is desired but is not absolutely necessary;
Successful candidates must also be able to multi-task, learn quickly, adapt to change, and communicate effectively. A passion for learning and growth is likewise essential. Knowledge of the real estate industry and its trends is desirable, as well as demonstrated experience in networking and relationship building.
