Job Qualification
Must be a College Graduate or a College Degree
Must have at least 1 to 2 years related experience
Must have a good communication and or public relations skills
Pro-active with deliverables and keeps up with timelines
Attention to details
Can perform task with less supervision
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs initial review of annual monitoring to be submitted to SEC
Monitors regular filings vis-a vis deadlines of business permits
Handles corporate registrations
Monitors increase of capital progress and makes initial review
Monitors amendments for group of companies
Transacts and handles transfer of stocks with BIR RDOs
Performs and or supervises regular corporate transactions for companies relative to work designation, i.e. board resolutions and secretary certificates
Custodian of corporate filings such as incorporation, amendments, increase, GIS, STBs, stock certificates and others covered under companies assigned
Records and updates stock and transfer books
Forwards for approval outputs mentioned above and weekly progress reports to GRC Director
And all other duties and responsibilities assigned to you by management
