Responsible for the development and broadcast of external communication effort to support AboitizPower's business objectives. To achieve this, the position will work with assigned business units and corporate support units, while also serving their creative, media, branding and events management needs.
The position also acts as the coordinator among different units - allowing a seamless and unified AP message to the external audience. The overall objective is to build a clear and consistent AboitizPower image resulting in a strong and positive supper external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include the ff:
Develops external communication articles in partnership with assigned teams and units
Builds a working and collaborative relationship with the business units to align communication plans and efficiently cascade programs and initiatives
Supports Group-wide external communication efforts by establishing working relationship with media, influencers, and other external supporters
Provides support in events, media coverage, and branding initiatives
Supervises brand champions to ensure brand standard compliance, alignment, and stakeholder engagement
Evaluates sponsorship proposals at the regional level
Assists business units in their external communication efforts
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing or any 4-year related course
Experience: At least 2 years experience in communications and marketing, preferred
