CORPORATE AUDIT HEAD
 
Job Specification (minimum requirements, special training and/or abilities necessary to qualify for this position):
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working as an auditor
Advance knowledge of audit methodologies and procedures
Advance knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Standards
With keen attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
With an independent mindset
Exhibit the principles of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality and competency
A team player with the right attitude in dealing with subordinates and auditees
An active learner
Initiative to read and apply new directives from management, policies and procedure manuals
Capable of conducting long working hours and have the stamina for extended hours of analytical and reportorial work
JOB SUMMARY
Establishment, execution, assessment and supervision of financial audit plans, procedures and programs necessary to deliver independent and objective assurance and advisory services that enhances and protects organizational value. 
DAILY TASK
Conducts toolbox meeting
Reads and responds to e-mails and messages (outlook, teams, asana and/or viber)
Ensures the execution of the audit plan
Develops audit work papers to document audit objectives and procedures
Reviews completed audit work papers prepared by team members
Maintains independence, objectivity and confidentiality, as well as practice professional skepticism
WEEKLY TASK
Prepares audit reports
Conducts meetings with stakeholders to discuss audit findings and develop time-bound action plan to resolve findings
MONTHLY TASK
Prepares and submits monthly audit plan to top management
Updates risks of material misstatements related to the accounts and processes in the audit plan
Ensures audit procedures and programs are designed to address the risks of material misstatements identified 
Assigns tasks as per the audit plan to team members
Conducts mentoring and feedback session with team members
Participates in the strategic planning team and management committee meetings
ANNUAL TASK
Documents understanding of the business
Identifies significant accounts and processes and risks of material misstatements
Performs walkthroughs of significant processes
Identifies controls and design tests of controls
Design ssubstantive audit procedures
Conducts annual audit planning meeting with the audit team
Develops a flexible annual audit plan
OTHER SERVICES/ TASKS DONE WHEN THE NEED ARISES:
Conducts/ review sof certificate of ownership of valley of peace clients
Witnesses disposal of garbage, scrap materials, tires, and other assets, as requested
Conducts investigation of incidents, as requested by the management
Performs other related tasks as may be required by the management
