We are looking for a dedicated and experienced CORPORATE ACCOUNTING ADMIN to join our team!
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing SharePoint document management system.
Saving documents and organisation of client files.
Preparing ASIC Forms in BGL CAS Management and Maintenance of CAS software Reviewing due dates of documents.
Sending reminder emails to clients.
Drafting month end bills.
Creating letters.
Managing the process when new work comes into the business.
Managing the process when work is completed and gets sent out of the business Confirming client appointments.
Assisting with ADHOC tasks
 
Job Qualifications:
Previous experience working with an Australian Accounting Firm performing ASIC and ATO tasks.
Understanding of Xero and Xero Practice Manager is preferred but not necessary.
Understanding of CAS 360 system is preferred but not necessary
Tech Savvy and able to adapt to new systems,
Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe
Excellent attention to detail
Above average communication skills
