Job Description:
As the Chief Administrative Officer of the Philippine Corporate Center, the CAO provides overall direction, governance and oversight of various enabling functions and programs in the location that support the bank's Line of Business (LOB) and Corporate Function (CF) operations. These specialized functions include Global Real Estate, Global Security, Location Strategy & Capacity Optimization, CAO Strategic Initiatives, Business Resiliency, Local Regulatory Management, Fixed Asset Management, Corporate and Site Services - Global Supplier Services, Amenities Services, and Global Technology.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the CAO functions, ensuring location services deliver superior performance through a culture of customer focus, operational excellence and continuous innovation.
Drive the strategic priorities and programs for the CAO: this includes the location's various workplace programs, campus build projects, digital transformation of CAO operations, and sustainability projects.
Stakeholder management: effectively manage the location needs of the business units and corporate functions, working with various leaders to proactively assess needs, and collaboratively determine best solutions.
Other responsibilities:
Chair regular performance reviews of CAO functions and projects
Manage regular reporting of location performance for various forums, and other reports as needed
Together with the business unit and corporate function teams, manage the location plan for the Corporate Center
Ensure the legal entity's compliance with local regulatory requirements; drives the regulatory change management process
Serve as the Corporate Center's primary connection with relevant regulators and local government units
Serve as co-chair of the site incident response team
Qualifications:
15+ years' experience, with some time in a senior management role.
With similar experience in a banking / financial services operations, multinational operations, or a large enterprise.
