MAJOR ROLE:
Creates concepts and executions in response to the brief
Understand briefs and come up with ideas, concepts, and copy requirements that meet quality standards; copywriting skills should be above average; should be conceptual and visual.
Ensure creative materials meet standards
Make sure all presentation/campaign deliverables are met.
Coordinates with Accounts and Production Departments
Expected to maintain good communication and coordination with Accounts, Production, and other groups working towards improving the project or internal workflow
OPERATIONAL EXECELLENCE:
1. Writing: Needs to know how to write effective copy in a lot of different styles, for websites, twitter, Facebook, etc.
2. Research / Trends: Needs to know what is happening in the fast-changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing and what new tools / methods are being used.
3. Problem-Solving: Needs to know how to best communicate brand's message on different platforms.
4. Leadership: Needs to be able to manage, mentor and guide team members
RESULTS DRIVEN:
1. Production: Creative, strategic, best-in-class copy.
2. Messaging: On strategy, on brand, relevant delivery of key messages / communication
3. Delivery: OTIF delivery of creative requirements.
