Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI & Power Platform Solution Developer. This resource will be working in a Hybrid environment for the client site in Manila, Philippines.Job Description:The Senior Solutions Developer (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform) is responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating technical activities centered on Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI applications. With a focus on integrating AI-driven solutions, the developer will leverage these platforms to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative applications. This role involves proactive identification and resolution of technical issues, while also supporting requirement gathering, business case creation, and solution optimization. She/He will report to designated International Staff and/or senior National Staff.Solutions Design and Delivery:
Engage with clients to gather and understand requirements, identifying opportunities where AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform can deliver maximum value.
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications leveraging Copilot Studio, integrating AI and OpenAI technologies into workflows and business processes.
Design solutions with a focus on advanced AI functionalities such as natural language processing (NLP), generative AI capabilities, and predictive analytics, ensuring they align with business goals.
Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on Power Platform, utilizing PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI Builder to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
Lead innovation initiatives by prototyping and deploying Copilot Studio-based applications that redefine user experiences and streamline operations.
Incorporate AI models into solutions, including data preprocessing, model training, and integration with APIs or external systems to enhance functionality.
Ensure alignment with ITD's architecture, product roadmap, and standards, incorporating AI governance, security, and ethical considerations into solution designs.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team, particularly in the adoption of AI tools and methodologies.
Track client feedback to refine AI-driven features and ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Copilot Studio applications with enterprise systems and third-party platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Knowledge Management:
Create and maintain critical project documentation such as Requirements Definition Document (RDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Security License to Operate (SLTO), and Transition Support and Maintenance Plan (TSMP), ensuring clarity and completeness
Document end-to-end solutions, focusing on AI-driven components, including architecture blueprints, data flow diagrams, and process models.
Maintain a repository of reusable AI components and technical documentation to facilitate faster development cycles and team onboarding.
Author best practice guides for integrating AI models and Copilot tools into workflows and automation processes.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance:
Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing AI and Copilot Studio solutions, recommending actionable enhancements to optimize performance and functionality.
Conduct system security assessments for AI-enabled applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements.
Evaluate and refine solutions to meet evolving business and regulatory demands, with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and ethical AI usage.
Analyze architectural weaknesses and implement improvements to maintain a robust AI-driven application landscape.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree or tertiary-level institute diploma/certificate preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration/ Management, Engineering, or Computer Science-related courses or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, AI Builder, PowerBI, Power Pages), including architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, and migration.
Demonstrated expertise in architecting and implementing AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder).
Advanced knowledge of AI technologies such as NLP, generative AI, OpenAI integration, and predictive analytics.
Technical proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into AI-enhanced solutions, including designing workflows and automations.
Experience with agile methodologies, including DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and iterative solution delivery.
Prior experience in agile methodologies and product management.
In-depth knowledge and extensive experience of the following:
Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI
Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Power Pages)
.NET, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS, FabricJS, jQuery), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and other database engines
C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and the CRM SDK are preferred.
Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture.
Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering.
Prior experience in agile methodologies (experience in product management).
Ability to solve complex technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge.
Ability to operate at advanced levels of authority and manage significant activities and resources to produce and take responsibility for results.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate with colleagues at multiple levels, within own work location and throughout the Bank.
Demonstrated teamwork (ability to working with others to achieve more effective results), and conceptualization (developing viable solutions based on an understanding of institutional perspective and needs) skills and management of others.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Work ArrangementHybrid, requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.
Work Schedule is from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Manila Time.
