Ensures that all reported Station related concerns are communicated, attended and resolved.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Responds to Technical Services concerns requested by respective stations
1.1. Validation of Technical services requests (ie. if Major / Minor repairs, if to be done by Technicians of Third Party)
1.2. Provides feedback to requestors regarding status of reported concerns
1.3. Ensures that all requests are communicated, scheduled, attended and accomplished by assigned Technicians
2. Monitors all TSF related concerns, accomplishments and including Pending repairs
3. Communicates all accomplishment to immediate superior
4. Process billing for stations
5. Assists technicians on needed materials and ensure sufficient spare parts inventory on respective warehouses
6. Maintains and Updated the Asset Inventory of stations
7. Prepares summary reports for Technicians' Accomplishments, Weekly/Monthly Accomplishments/Pending repairs
8. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time
Preferably graduate of any engineering course, license not required
Preferably 0-6 / 1-2 months experience, Entry level may also be considered
Customer Service Orientation, Coordination, Planning and Organizing, Results Orientation
