POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent will support all administrative and training aspects of EO's annual renewal project. This project is the most important revenue driver for the organization and is the only EO activity that touches every member of the organization. The candidate is expected to work harmoniously and effectively with the team. The incumbent should be a self-starter who desires to show ownership, commitment to the job, exercises confidentiality and discretion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deploy and implement a training plan for both EO Global and chapter staff
Responsible for identifying and deploying solution for answering emails received in the organization's shared email account dedicated to renewals
Develop a plan for the management of renewals email account to include process and standard answers
Ensure all documents are posted immediately and archived for easy access for all team members
Serve as the first point of contact for all member and staff queries which may come in outside of normal US working hours
Serve as the second point of contact to troubleshoot any technical issues specific to the renewals project
Provide general assistance to the Senior Director, Membership Operations and other membership team members as needed. Example as below:
The training program developed forty-five days prior to renewal launch
Complete all relevant training fifteen days before renewal launch
Ensure all emails received are answered within 24 hours
Internal tools organized for the start of the renewal project and complete within 60 days of the close of renewals
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Experienced in project management, software implementation, CRMs, AMSs and other data sources
Understanding of association management
Exceptional skills in MS Excel, communications and customer service
Ability to interact with entrepreneurs and vendors with tact, diplomacy and poise
Excellent attention to detail
Promote quality through continuous performance improvement
English -advanced level (written and spoken)
