1. Ensures timely and effective coordination of all the department's concerns with relevant parties
2. Manages all reporting and monitoring database, in coordination with the officers and supervisors from the Branded Retail, Industrial Sales, Independent Retail teams, and the Lubricant Sales Officers of the Lubricant Sales and Marketing team
3. Assists the officers and supervisors from the Branded Retail, Industrial Sales, Independent Retail teams, and the Lubricant Sales Officers of the Lubricant Sales and Marketing team in ensuring timely adherence to project timeline/targets
4. Acts as the Document Controller of the department, consolidating and securing necessary documents as well as reports needed
Success in the role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Manages the database requirements (customer requests and profile) and documents of the Lubricants (LUBS) Sales group in support of managing customer requirements and initiatives.
2. Assists the LUBS Sales group in generating reports by providing regular updates and analysis of sales performance.
3. Coordinates with the necessary departments to deliver requests within lead time.
4. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of a four-year course related to business, and from reputable universities.
With at least 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably from the electronics, automotive, FMCG or oil and gas industry.
Critical Expertise and skills: * Adept in using MS Office.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, persistent and adhering to deadlines.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
Realistic Job Preview:
A day in the life of a Coordinator (Lubricants Sales) would involve:
1. Processing of sales orders
2. Updating of sales summary dashboard
3. Monitoring of stocks/direct coordination with all warehouse personnel
4. Processing of direct to station deliveries
5. Coordinating with all account officers the status of all orders
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
