We are looking for a coordinator to oversee the successful completion of every transaction by providing crucial assistance and administrative support to the department. You will play a meaningful role in performing specialized functions while working with a team and establishing relationships with the company's stakeholders.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Communicates with clients by providing updated information on company operations, policies, and price fluctuations.
2. Collaborates with the Independent Retail team on new policies, price changes, order fulfillment, and other work-related activities.
3. Manages Check Payment Requests (CPRs), Material Requisition/Issuance Forms (MRIFs), new account forms, and other departmental papers.
4. Monitors clients' daily orders and sales forecast.
5. Prepares dashboards, reports, and credit proposals.
6. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Graduate of 4-year course related to Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in office works and coordinator related jobs from any industry.
Demonstrates strong attention to details, organizing skills, customer service skills, and adaptability/flexibility.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
Willing to do field work, as needed
