Position Summary:
The Coordinator, Growth, will assist in executing EO's global growth strategies driven by the structured growth and recruitment teams. The incumbent will assist in implementing initiatives, programs, and services to drive new member growth via growth and recruitment initiatives and support structured growth initiatives aimed at building sustainable chapter growth. The recruitment and structured growth teams are two of four teams under the membership department's growth business unit.
The incumbent will work directly with member leaders in the Global Membership Committee to deliver their vision, and with member leaders in regions and other committees to implement programs, initiatives and services by leveraging tools and best practices. With the structured growth team, the coordinator will track and implement initiatives like agile funding, structured growth recruitment campaigns. He/She will schedule calls, produce meeting minutes, extract and disseminate reports.
With the recruitment team, the coordinator will work with the Membership Service Centre to track inbound emails from leads to ensure these inquiries are followed up promptly and added to lead database for nurturing. He/She will also analyze patterns of inbound prospect emails to advise recruitment team of frequently asked questions that will enable review of recruitment tools and information. The incumbent will monitor and consolidate tracking of warm and hot leads assigned to sales team and or chapters for conversion, and track reasons for non-conversion; time to convert etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedules calls, produce meeting minutes for follow up tracking of chapters in structured growth programs and initiatives.
Creates tracking template/tools as required.
Distributes best practices and tools to support sustainable chapter growth.
Collaborates and coordinates with MSC coordinators to ensure timely and appropriate follow ups of inbound leads, and ensure these leads are placed into nurturing and sales follow up processes.
Assists in data analysis to track growth under recruitment and structured growth.
Liaises with and support structured growth sub-committee under GMC, and attend calls as necessary.
Assists in other growth programs and initiatives as necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum 2 years of experience as coordinator/assistant.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ease with collaboration tools such as SamePage, Basecamp, Slack, etc.
Comfortable with video conferencing.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to interact with entrepreneurs with tact, diplomacy, and poise.
Exercises confidentiality and discretion.
Fluency in English is required, any other language proficiency or fluency is preferred.
