- Lead and implement the Cooperative's internal and external compliance goals
- Manage and supervise an effective legal and regulatory compliance program
- Create and manage action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations
- Manage the regular audit of the Cooperative procedures, practices, and documents to identify and resolve possible weaknesses or risks
- Maintain a clear and consistent reporting process to provide stakeholders with timely and relevant information on all aspects of compliance
- Lead a team to deliver the Cooperative's compliance targets
