Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares the foods/dishes according to the Product Recipe Manual
Maintains a sanitary kitchen
Manages/coordinates in the daily food supply inventory and requests orders as necessary
Maintains the standards for proper food storage, rotation, and quality
Ensures compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
Follows maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas
Job Qualifications:
At least with one year work-related experience
With NCII certificate is advantage
Knowledgeable in Food Safety
Knowledgeable in MS Word/Excel
Efficient and easily understand instructions
