Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by chef
May determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Maintain assist with inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Must have international wester cuisine experience
Must be currently employed as Cook/Chef
