Job Description
Create Arabic dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations
Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Knows Arabic cuisine and cooking techniques
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
with NC2 certificates of pastry and cookery is a plus
