BAYFRONT HOTEL CEBU
A 168-room Hotel, opening in early 2014, the property is located along Kaoshiung Street, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. It is set for the public's easy access, located southeast of SM City Cebu and the 5-star Radisson Blu. Kaoshiung Street serves as the main transport route to the mall and to other facilities; like the St. Joseph Shrine of Mabolo, the Cebu International & Domestic Port, and Mandaue City.
Apart from being in a walking distance to the mall, it only takes 5 minutes by transport to the commercial ports of Cebu. Its is only 8 minutes away from the Cebu International Convention Center and the Park Mall, 18 minutes to Cebu Business Park and Asiatown I.T. Park, and 20 minutes to the Mactan Cebu International Airport.
In preparation for our opening, we are in need of individuals to fill the following positions:
COOK
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.
Regulate food inventory needs, stocking and ordering inventories to stay within the food budget.
Inspect and maintain the work area’s cleanliness and functionally.
Assist in creating menu items, recipes, and new dishes.
Monitoring and administering the food preparation in the kitchen.
Ensures food cost, food quality, and consistency in the final food product.
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends.
Knowledge in food safety and food handling
At least 3 years as a cook
