Job Description
What you will be doing:
Supports the production and preparation of Le Bar menu items in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and specifications.
Ensures sufficient mise-en-place is available and ensures operation is running smoothly at all times.
Creates new innovative dishes concerning his/her line of specialty.
Work Experience
Your experience and skills include:
Preferably a graduate of a degree in Culinary or any related field.
Minimum of two (2) years relevant working experience in a luxury hotel or in the same capacity.
Knowledgeable of HACCP and Food Safety Management System.
Amenable to work in shifts.
Effective communication and guest service skills.
