Qualifications:
With two (2) years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience working alongside a team of SEOs, Paid Social Managers and Account Managers.
Strong skills with CRO tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimise, or Optimize.
A passion for digital marketing.
Available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Owning and delivering the CRO offering to the Company.
Auditing the entire customer journey (qualitative/quantitative date) to create best practice CRO audits and recommendations for e-commerce and lead generation clients.
Implementing CRO testing plans for clients.
Creating CRO monthly reports to illustrate incremental improvements that have been achieved to core CRO metrics - conversion rate, time on site etc.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, and Google Optimise to identify findings and justify recommendations in the client CRO audit.
Working closely with the rest of the YD Client Services Department to further enhance and develop the CRO framework of the agency, and ensure it remains market-leading.
Develop and improve the internal workflow of the CRO service to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
Contribute to the assessment of the profitability of the department and service offering.
Working with YD’s General Manager to expand the service offering into other overseas markets.
Assist in the development and training framework for new starters in the department.
Actively assist in the hiring of new CRO team members in line with requirements.
