Who you are:
Graduate of Finance/Accounting, preferably CPA. CIMA/CMA not required but an advantage.
Experienced in finance operations in shared service setting or local , at least 5-10years focusing on financial modelling, management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, internal controls, cash flow management, stakeholder relations and risk management
Experienced in evaluating and implementing financial systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Controlling experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry and in shared service is an advantage.
Able to adapt in a complex and fast-paced environment, with high expectations for performance in an atmosphere of continuous change.
Collaborative, assertive, and confident to communicate to all levels in the organization. (e.g presenting financial data to the Business stakeholders).
Proactive and solution oriented, Able to identify potential issues, solution focused and able to collaborate propose solutions and communicate to Stakeholders.
Amenable to work on amid-shift(3PM-12AM)and /or night schedule (10pm - 7am)
Fluent English language skills required andstrong communication skills
Process Migration or Transformation experience is an advantage

Applied Knowledge in Business Performance Reporting Tools (Dashboard
Advanced Skills in MS Excel with experience in Power BI, Power Automate, Analysis for Office, SAC, Tableau, Hyperion, Cloud Reporting, and other reporting tools. TM1 are preferred
