Has a minimum of 5 yrs' experience in construction contracts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, legal specifications, and terminology
Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve client/ contractor complaints and concerns
