Implement tender and pricing strategies, including negotiating rates, to maximize profitability of SPX Express
Perform quality checks on contracts, vendor accreditation documents, other relevant documents, tasks and processes
Guidance on processes and contractual provisions
Draft, review and edit vendor contracts, including free form drafting, as needed
Review, edit and continuously update vendor contracts, as needed, based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business and compliance needs
Highlight risk and potential issues on contract requirements and recommend steps to mitigate contract risks
Be the end-to-end accountable for the timelines of the contract life cycle: track, expedite and follow up on needed input from other teams to ensure meeting client timelines
Perform special projects such as contracts analysis, contract drafting, contract reporting, etc.
Requirements:
With at least 6 years of experience working in contracts administration, contracts management, tender & pricing strategies, compliance and/or related legal and commercial fields
Experience working on vendor contracts including reviewing, drafting, and amending standard templates
Experience in managing a team
Prior legal experience as a commercial lawyer, labor lawyer and/or contract management experience is a big plus
Results driven, flexible and adaptable able to work in ambiguous situations in a extremely fast-paced environment
Strong relationship management, communication and negotiation skills
Innate ability to communicate with business users, legal and procurement staff, and business leaders
Ability to work strategically, think structurally, and articulate concepts and business
High-proficiency in Excel or data is a plus
Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
