Contract specialist (hardware & software)Insight Enterprises

As a Contract Specialist you will be responsible for providing support to the Partner Contracts Team, which manages hardware, skud's services, software and cloud contracts; program/marketing contracts; and other partner-facing contract requests.
What you will do at Insight:
-Assist with filing and organizing required records
-Secure copies of all signed contracts and ensure they are uploaded to the contracts database
-Load contracts for electronic signature
-Respond to inquiries regarding contract status
-Track all contracts reviewed by the team and current status via an Excel spreadsheet
-Pull historical sales data on partners, analyze as needed and consolidate information in an easy to read format
What you will need to join Insight:
-Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or at least two years related contract administration experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to work on a permanent night shift schedule
-Be someone with strong organizational skills, accuracy, timely, and extremely detail-oriented - with the ability to work under pressure and follow-through tasks with minimal supervision
-Excellent English verbal and written skills, ability to analyze and present relevant information in a succinct manner
