Job Description
 Responsible for the management, review, amendment and drafting of all project-related Contracts and Agreements
 Provides support to the Project Team in handling contractual issues and concerns in close cooperation with the Legal Counsel
 Identifies contractual risks and recommends risk mitigation measures
 Analyzes and comments on all contract-related documents
 Participates in contract negotiations and discussions and formulates and implements negotiation strategies
 Develops, implements and regularly reviews the claim strategy together with the Project Team
 Standardizes contracts and improves processes
 Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
 Bachelor's Degree in Laws (LLB)
 5 to 10 years of work experience as a Contract Manager involving engineering projects
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
 Excellent organizational, communication and decision-making skills
