Job Description
Responsible for implementing contract growing projects by developing contract models, investor partnerships, and ensuring execution of plans according to the organizations' standards.
Development of contract model for growing-finishing farms.
Advises and provides inputs on best contract model options.
Responsible for scouting, evaluating and engaging investors to become partners.
Collaborates with both the investors and Pilmico Management.
Assists investors on the required government permits and licenses and other legal documentation.
Facilitates the development of farm design/plan for each nominated farm partner.
Ensure that the farm design/plan is according to Pilmico standards.
Monitors progress or the farm partner.
Provides regular reports to Pilmico management.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of any 4 years degree course
Experience:
Related experience in sourcing contract growing farms
Related experience in farm management.
