CONTRACT AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
List of responsibilities that will fall within the Contract and Compliance:
Maintain and update all client Terms of Business, to include Contractor Terms and Client ToBs
Keep up to date with UK, German, Netherlands Contract and employment law/regulations. Update terms and communicate accordingly
Build and maintain the Client Terms Database offering opportunities and insight to the business to include KPI's and entry onto the CRM database
Prepare and issue Contractor and Client SoW including all Compliance onboarding checks (per relevant country requirements), maintaining Contractor Compliance tracker and KPI reporting
Work directly with our Clients; review Client terms and make adjustments (if allowable within the contractual standard clauses)

Salary package:
Basic Pay + Allowances: Php20000
Slightly negotiable
